Traveling Teresa is a quirky little 10-year-old girl with funny pigtails that stick straight up, cute freckles all over her nose and cheeks, big  emerald green eyes, and a  kind heart.  
 
She lives in a picturesque town called Sandy Breeze. Her grandparents, Sweet Pea and Poppa, are some of her favorite people. Along with her brother Tyler, they visit them frequently. Spending time with Sweet Pea is always fun for Teresa, plus Sweet Pea  is the best baker Teresa knows.  
 
Traveling and reading are some of Teresa’s favorite things to do. Whenever she gets a chance,she reads. She has many books that she keeps in the Eiffel Tower bookcase her Poppa made her. Her books and imagination take her to new worlds and many journeys. It’s almost like she can travel everywhere and anywhere when she reads! 
 
When Teresa  discovers a Little Red Suitcase in her grandparents' attic, she learns it is not only mystical but  magical. With the suitcase, her imagination now takes on a whole new dimension, taking her places both far and wide, OR is it just her imagination?
